I had a request for a gift tag that reflected a musical interest.  This one features a guitar placed over a sheet music background.  The guitar is attached with adhesive foam squares which add additional depth and dimension to this tag.  Measuring approximately 4-3/8" x 2-5/8", this gift tag is bordered in a fall bronze/orange color and has a 10" fall bronze/orange color twine attached to make it easy to attach to your gift. The back of the tag is made with 110 lb white card stock and has ample room for you to fill in the "To" and "From" areas. This gift tag is not only sturdy but is also cute enough to be used in a scrapbook to help memorialize your special occasion.
